Performance management of denitrification equipment and catalysts

Minimizing the impact on GAH! We will introduce the performance management of denitrification equipment and catalysts.

Our company has provided reliable and accurate performance management to many users of denitrification systems, enabling continuous operation of units by minimizing the impact on GAH. As a method for accurately measuring low concentration NH3 at the outlet of the denitrification system, we have adopted a sampling method adapted to the environment at the outlet, which differs from JIS standards. We conduct NH3 sampling at the same point more than twice to prevent sampling errors and improve the accuracy of absolute measurements. Additionally, we hold training sessions on denitrification performance operations. [Business Area] Exhaust Gas Treatment

Removal of nitrogen oxides and sulfur oxides! Introducing the equipment we handle.

We would like to introduce Kondo Equipment Design Co., Ltd.'s "Exhaust Gas Treatment." We offer devices such as "scrubbers" that collect and separate particles from exhaust gas using droplets or liquid films, as well as "denitrification" and "desulfurization" equipment. From the overall integrated design of the plant to the design and manufacturing of individual equipment and devices used, please feel free to consult us about anything related to the plant. 【Features】 <Denitrification> ■ A device that removes nitrogen oxides from exhaust gas generated by combustion ■ It can be broadly categorized into in-furnace denitrification methods and flue gas denitrification methods ■ The flue gas denitrification methods include dry methods such as ammonia contact reduction, non-catalytic reduction, and activated carbon methods *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.

Dry desulfurization and denitrification device

Environmental protection equipment that purifies exhaust from factory facilities, etc., using dry desulfurization and denitrification technology with activated coke.

Our company handles dry desulfurization and denitrification equipment that has the capability to remove multiple types of pollutants, including sulfur dioxide, nitrogen oxides, particulate matter, and DXN. Unlike wet systems that use large amounts of water, our equipment uses very little water, making it suitable for situations where securing water is difficult or where wastewater disposal is challenging. Additionally, it can be installed on a smaller footprint compared to other exhaust gas treatment systems. Please feel free to contact us if you have any inquiries. 【Features】 ■ Capable of constructing an economically efficient exhaust gas treatment system ■ Provides high removal performance at a small increase in cost ■ Unlike SCR, there is no need for catalyst lifespan management ■ Minimal temperature drop in exhaust gas, eliminating the need for re-heating ■ High efficiency in removing SO3, making corrosion-resistant materials and flue lining unnecessary, etc. *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.

Flue gas denitrification device

Flue gas denitrification equipment that employs rich flue gas denitrification technology.

Our company offers a flue gas denitrification system that employs three types of reduction methods. Using highly active platinum-based catalysts, the "Selective Catalytic Reduction Method" demonstrates high denitrification efficiency in the reaction where O decomposes into N2 and H2O at low temperatures (200°C). Although the denitrification efficiency is low, we also provide a simple method called "Non-Catalytic Selective Reduction Method," where ammonia or urea is added to the high-temperature areas of the furnace or flue (900°C to 1000°C) for denitrification without a catalyst. 【Product Lineup】 ■ Selective Catalytic Reduction Method ■ Non-Catalytic Selective Reduction Method ■ Wet Method *For more details, please download the PDF or contact us.
